Staying Current: The Baldwin Boys

For this project, Current Wave Media captured a meaningful story centered around family, mentorship, and opportunity through Sysco’s driver internship program. The video follows Bobby Baldwin and his son Matthew, who share a unique bond as they work together in the foodservice industry.

Through the internship program, Matthew has the chance to learn the ins and outs of the job directly from his father, gaining firsthand experience while strengthening their relationship along the way. Working side by side on delivery routes, the pair share moments that highlight not only the dedication required to be a Sysco driver, but also the pride that comes from passing knowledge and work ethic from one generation to the next.

The story showcases how Sysco’s program creates opportunities for growth, mentorship, and meaningful connections both on and off the road.
