Staying Current: Sysco's Electric Vehicles

This past month, the team at Current Wave Media headed up to San Francisco to capture Sysco’s latest electric Freightliner truck rollout campaign. From the city streets to iconic landmarks, we were on a mission to showcase this game-changing vehicle in action.
Our cameras rolled across the Golden Gate Bridge, along the waterfront, and through the bustling streets, capturing every angle of the sleek, sustainable Freightliner trucks. The goal? Highlight the innovation and performance behind Sysco’s commitment to a greener, more efficient future.
For this campaign, we didn’t just capture short commercial spots — we also created a longer narrative piece that tells the full story of Sysco’s electric truck rollout. In addition, we produced a collection of high-quality images for inclusion in their press release media kit, giving Sysco a full suite of content for media and promotional use.
The project challenged us to blend cinematic storytelling with commercial precision, ensuring the campaign reflected both the cutting-edge technology of the trucks and the vibrant energy of San Francisco. From sunrise shots over the Bay to dynamic street-level tracking shots, every frame was designed to engage and inspire.
