Current Wave Media filmed an exciting new launch for Mann Packing’s Caulilini™ SweetStem™ Cauliflower, a 100% cauliflower variety known for its vibrant color, natural sweetness, and versatility on the plate. Unlike Broccolini®, which is a hybrid, Caulilini™ is pure cauliflower, offering chefs and home cooks a fresh take on a beloved vegetable.

The project combined on-field footage showcasing the crop’s growth and quality with culinary demonstrations where chefs shared their insights and creative uses for the new product. Through interviews and hands-on cooking, the video highlights both the beauty and flavor of Caulilini™, making it a compelling story for retailers, chefs, and consumers alike.
